How many cylindrical glasses if diameter 10cm and height 14cm can be filled a right circular cylindrical vessel of radius 50cm and height 70cm full of tañk ?Answer is 500 glasses

Diameter of the cylindrical glass =10cm

so,the radius of the cylindrical glass=5cm

Let the radius of the glass is denoted by R

and the height is denoted by H

Let n cylindrical glass can be filled .

again,the radius of the cylindrical vessel(r)=50cm

and,the height of the cylindrical vessel(h)=70cm

Now,n×vo.of cylindrical glass=vo.of cylindrical vessel

n×pie×R square×H=pie×rsquare×h

n×5×5×14=50×50×70

n×25×14=2500×70

n=2500×70/25×14

n=100×5

n=500 glasses

Hence,500glasses can be filled.
