How many electrons in an atom may have n =4, s=+1/2 ?

As it is known that an atom having principal quantum no n=4 has32 electrons(max. no of -e's in nth shell=2n. n ).. So only 16 electrons having m subscript s=-1/2 would be there in an atom having principal quantum no n=4.
