We know that for Principal Quantum Number (n) = 3

There Exists 3 Sub-shells. They are :

3s - Sub-shell

3p - Sub-shell

3d - Sub-shell

We know the Fact that Azimuthal Quantum Number is Zero for Only 's' Sub-shell and Number of Electrons 's' Sub-shell can have is '2'

So, The Number of Electrons in Atom with n = 3 and l = 0 are '2'
