Answer = 61.2 / 3.6 =  17

Here's ur answer:

See the rope is 61.2cm long and each piece is 3.6cm.

So by dividing the Length of each piece by the total length of the rope, we can find the number of pieces easily

So,
n= 61.2/3.6
= 17
