How many fringes will pass a reference point if the
mirror of a Michelson's interferometer is moved by 0.08mm.

One fringe is equal to one wavelength. If there is only one mirror then moving the mirror 5mm is altering the path length by the same amount. (I presume this is only affecting one of the two beams of light if you’re having 2000 fringes shift past your mark)
