Weight of KNO3 = 0.5 × molecular weight

= 0.5 × 101.32

= 50.66gms.

formulae: m=nM     where,m=gram molecular mass=?

                                             n=molecular mass in mole=0.50 mole

                                              M=molecular mass of (KNO3)

    M=39+17+(16×3)

        =104

∴m=0.50×104

     =52g
