1st multiple of 3 after 199 is 201
and last multiple before 599 is 597.
difference is 3 between each term.
so nth term is 597 and first term is 201
hence anth = a + (n-1)*3
597 = 201 +(n-1)3
396 =(n-1)3
132= n-1
n= 133
