Given= diameter = 10.5cm

Radius of Hemisphere= diameter/2
                                    =10.5/2= 5.25cm

Now,

Volume of the bowl=2/3πr^3

= 2/3*22/7*5.25*5.25*5.25cm^3

=303.1875cm^3

so, 303.1875*1/1000litres [1cm^3= 1ml and 1cm^3=1/1000litres]

=0.3031875litres ans.

approx=0.303litre
