Diameter = 10.5 cm
∴ radius = r = 5.25 cm
Volume = 2/3 π r
 3
⇒ v = 2/3 x 3.14 x (5.25)
 3
⇒ V = 302.91= 303 cm
 3
∴ V = 0.303 liter

Answer :

It can hold 0.303 litre of milk.

Step-by-step explanation :

Diameter of hemispherical bowl = 10.5 cm

Volume of hemisphere =  \sf \frac{2} {3} π r³

\sf \frac {2} {3} \times \frac {22}{7} \times \frac {10.5}{2} \times \frac {10.5} {2} \times \frac {10.5} {2}

⇒ 5.5 × 0.5 × 0.5 × 10. 5 × 10. 5 cm³

⇒ 303. 18 cm³

[ 1000 cm³ = 1 litre ]

⇒ 0.303 litre

Hence, the bowl can hold 0. 303 litres of milk.
