Given :-

Radius of cylinder (R) = 20 cm

Height of cylinder (H) = 28 cm

To Find :-

Litres of water hold

Solution :-

Water holded by tank = Volume of cylinder

We know that

[Volume of cylinder = πr²h]

Volume = 22/7 × (20)² × 28

Volume = 22 × 400 × 4

Volume = 22 × 1600

Volume = 35200 cm³

We know that

1 cm³ = 0.001 l

Now

In l

Volume = 35200 × 0.001

Volume = 35.2 l

Therefore

Water holded by tank is 35.2 l
