Kohinoor was one of the largest diamond in the world. as you know, diamond is measured with help of carat. and Kohinoor has 106 carats.

one carat = 0.2 g

so, 106 carats = 106 × 0.2 = 21.2 gm

you also know, diamond is one of the allotrope of carbon.

but, atomic mass of carbon is 12g/mol

so, number of mole of atoms present in Kohinoor = 21.2/12

one carbon atom contains 6 electrons

so, 1.76 mole of carbon atoms contain 6 × 1.76 mole of electrons .

so, number of electrons = 6 × 21.2/12 × Avogadro's number

= 10.6 × 6.023 × 10²³

= 63.84 × 10²³

= 6.384 × 10²⁴

hence, number of electrons in Kohinoor = 6.384 × 10²

if you ask number of electrons present in one atom of Kohinoor

then, maximum number of electrons will be six.
