the length of room-12m
the breadth of room-8m
area of room is (L multiply B)
=12m multiply 8 m =96m
area of room = area of carpet
length of carpet= area/breadth
96m/0.75=128m ans

Hello,
we indicate with b length of a room, with h breadth of a room.
we calculate the area of a room:
A=b×h=12×8=96 m²
we indicate with L length of carpet:
we convert the cm in m (1m=100 cm)
75 cm=0,75 m
then
L=0,75 m²
we calculate the total meter of  carpet:
tot=A/L=96/0,75=128 m

bye :-)
