Salman brought 40 chairs at rupees 175 each.he sold one fourth of them at a loss of 8%.at what price each must he sell the remaining chair so as to gain 10% on whole deal??

for total of 10% profit.

for 10 chairs:175/4=43.75
8% loss means 10 chairs were sold at 40.25

total 10% profit=> 192.5 rs

=> remaining 30 chairs to be sold at 192.5-40.25=152.25
