gypsum CaSO4.2H2O
here we see one mole gypsum contains 2mole water
now no of mole of gypsum=weight/molecular weight
=387/172=2.25mole
so, water contains 2x (2.25)=4.50mole
now use Avogadro laws

no of molecule =mole x avogadro constant
=4.5 x6.023 x10^23 molecules

Giri2017: No this is wrong
Giri2017: Answer is 27.09×10^23
Giri2017: Sorry this is correct answer I didn't see avagadro no.
