Answer:

faraday of electricity is required for the deposition of 9 grams of aluminium.

The atomic mass of Al is 27g/mol. 9g of Al corresponds to 279=0.333 moles.

Al3++3e−→Al

3 moles of electrons are required for the deposition of 27 grams (1 mole) of aluminium.

1 mole of electrons is required for the deposition of 9 grams of aluminium.

1 mole of electrons = 1 faraday of electricity.

Hence, 1 faraday of electricity is required for the deposition of 9 grams of aluminium. please mark it as brainliest answer and follow me

Given:

The amount of electricity = 6 Faraday

To Find:

The no of moles of Aluminium deposited on electrolysis.

Calculation:

- The electrolysis of Aluminium is given as:

Al³⁺ (aq) + 3 e⁻ → Al (s)

- Here, the amount of electricity = 3 Faraday

⇒ The amount of aluminium produced by 3 Faraday of electricity = 1 mole

⇒ The amount of aluminium produced by 6 Faraday of electricity = 2 moles

- So, 2 moles of aluminium metal is produced by electrolysis using 6 Faraday electric current.
