We will use the AP:
AP= 12, 16, 20,......248
first term, a=12,
common difference, d=14
last term ,an= 248
an = a + (n-1) d
248 = 12 + (n-1)4
n - 1 = 236/4
n = 59 + 1 = 60
Sn = (n/2) + (a + an) = (60/2) + (12+248) = 7800
hence there are 60 multiples of 4 between 10 and 250. Their sum is 7800.
