Solution:

Number begins with 2 are from

200  to 299

100 numbers  

Numbers end with 2

102 , 112 , 122 , 132 , 142 , 152 , 162 , 172 , 182 , 192

further numbers ending with 2 already considered  in numbers  begins with 2

Hence 100 + 10

= 110  numbers
