There are 7 digits in a million. To get the numbers greater than a million, we should use all the given digits i.e. 4, 5, 6, 0, 7, 6, 5.

Suppose there are 7 places. All the places can take numbers 6, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 respectively if without repetition of digits.

Hence, the arrangements of the digits will be=6*6*5*4*3*2*1=4320

But, 5 is two times in all the arrangements.

So, the numbers greater than a million formed from the given digits=4320/2=2160

Therefore, option (c) is correct.
