first we need to make the denominators same for both the rational numbers. so we need to find their L.C.M.

so the L.C.M of 2 and 3 is 6

therefore, the rational numbers will be -9/6 and 10/6

therefore the rational numbers between -9/6 and 10/6 will be -8/6, -7/6, -5/6, -4/6, -3/6, -2/6, -1/6, 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6, 6/6, 7/6, 8/6 and 9/6.
