Each O2 has two oxygen atoms (hence the '2'), and there are Avogadro's number in a mole, so 2 X Avogadro's number is the answer - a lot. 1.2 * 10^24. A single mole of O2 has 6.02 * 10^23 oxygen molecules. Each oxygen has 2 atoms of oxygen.

Since each molecule of O2 has two atoms, there are 1.204E24 atoms. 32 gm oxygen is equivalent to two g atom ,it means it will have twice the Avogadro Number of atoms. 2× 6.023× 10²³ atoms, since 32 g O2 means 1 mole of O2, which contains 6.023× 10²³ molecules.
