As like others have mentioned, it totally depends on the motive, type and platform of your blog. If you have created blog only for personal use like a travel blog, family blog then probably you dont need any other to run your blog.
But, if you are thinking to create a professional blog for networking, communicating with your clients, helping people and monetizing, you need to outsource many things for which you need like minded people around you to run your business blog.
Apart of that, if you allow guest blogging on your blog, you MAY need separate contributors account for each of them....
