given that,

weight of each piece = (2/5) kg.

Total weight of cake = 10 kg.

so,

→ Total number of pieces * weight of each piece = Total weight of cake .

→ x * (2/5) = 10

→ (2x/5) = 10

→ 2x = 10 * 5

→ x = 5 * 5

→ x = 25 (Ans.)

Hence, 25 pieces of cakes can be cut from 10 kg of cake .
