as stone slab is rectangular so,
area of stone slab =length ×breadth
but 24cm =0.24m
=0.24×15
=3.60
now the area of path=length× breadth
=18×12
=216
Now no of slabs required=area of path÷area of
slab
=216÷3.60
60 ans.
