Brainly have thought more about User security. Platform of Brainly promotes user safety . We were more thoughtful of your safety . Brainly is meant to provide a user with his doubts .
But It was felt that people are facing troubles through private messaging. So, They removed Inbox feature on 16 May.
Any user can message moderators without having any answer. But A user can't message other users, Only until he has 1000 answers.

2500 points doesn't give u an option for opening inbox , u need to give atleast 1000answers but not points
