 \alpha  =  - 2 \:  \: and \:  \:  \alpha  =  5 \\

So,

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - 2 + 5 = 3

and

 \alpha  \beta  =  - 2 \times 5 =  - 10

So the polynomial is

 {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta \\  =  {x}^{2}  -3x + ( - 10) \\  =  {x}^{2}  - 3x - 10(ans)
