1hr =3600 sec
2hrs =2×3600sec
=72000
2/3 ×72000
=48000 sec ANS

firstly 2/3of 2 hrs = 2/3*2
= 4/3 hrs
=one hour has 60*60 seconds
=4/3 hrs has seconds = 4/3*60*60= 4800 seconds
