now,

area of the tile= 14cm ×14cm

let us convert to m

100cm = 1m

14cm = 0.14m

=>0.14 × 0.14

= 0.0196 cm²

now tiles requiered = are of floor/area of tile

= 62.72/0.0196

= 3200 tiles

                        = 62.72 m ²
