There are actually two such pairs according to me.
one is TR .see in the word "terminate" TR has 1 letter (=E) between them. and in the english alphabet T and R has one letter between them, i.e. S.
Another pair is IE (second E), there are 3 letters (N,A,T) between them and in english alphabet also there are 3 letter between I and E(=F,G,H).

Four pairs - (P, R), (R, T), (P,T) and (P, O) have as many letters between them in the word as in the English alphabet. But since the letters must be in the same sequence in the word as in English alphabet, so that the desired pairs are (P, R), (R, T) and (P,T) only
