Step-by-step explanation:

circumference of wheel = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 28

= 176 cm

Wheel can rotate to go 528 cm = 528/176

= 3 times

So, wheel rotate 3 times to reach at a distance of 528 cm or 5.28 m

hope it helps you :)

Given : a wheel of radius 28 cm rotate to go 5.28 m

To Find : How many times does   wheel rotates

Solution:

a wheel of radius 28 cm

Circumference = 2πR

π = 22/7

R = 28 cm

=>Circumference =  2(22/7) * 28

= 44 * 4

= 176  cm

Hence in one rotation wheel covers = 176 cm

Distance to be covered = 5.28 m

1 m = 100 cm

=> Distance to be covered = 528 cm

Number of rotations required = 528 / 176

= 3

3 times a wheel of radius 28 cm rotate to go 5.28 m
