Methane because it is a lighter molecule. All gases have the same kinetic energy at the same temperature, so pick an arbitrary temperature and both gases will have the same kinetic energy. Now K=0.5*m*v^2 so in order for both k's to be equal with different masses, the lighter one must be faster than the heavier one. So methane is faster. The fastest molecules diffuse the fastest, so methane also diffuses fastest.
