radius of wheel , r = 35 cm = 0.35 m
distance travelled by wheel = 660m
now, circumference of wheel = 2πr
= 2 × 22/7 × 0.35 = 44 × 0.05 = 2.2 m

let wheel rotated n times such that distance travelled by it is 660 m
so, distance travelled by wheel = number of rotation of wheel × circumference of wheel
=> 660 = n × 2.2
=> n = 660/2.2 = 6600/22 = 300

hence, wheel rotated 300 times .

According to the question the radius of the wheel is 35 cm.

We know that one cent equals to 0.01m

Therefore the radius is 0.35m

Circumference of a circle is given by 2 x  \pi  x radius.

or, 2 x 22/7 x 0.35

or, 2.2m

A wheel of radius 35cm has to be rotated 660/2.2 times to cover 660m.

Therefore, 660/2.2 = 300 times. [Ans]
