  • a = 12 ( Initial Number )

  • d = 4 ( Common difference of the series )

  • a^n = 96 ( Highest number in the progression )

  • Here, n = No of terms we have in our series.

Now, Putting values in the above formula,

⇒ 96 = 12 + ( n – 1 ) 4

⇒ 96 – 12 = ( n – 1 ) 4

⇒ 84 = ( n – 1 ) 4

84/4 = n 1

⇒ 21 = n – 1

⇒ 21 + 1 = n

Hence, 22 two digit numbers are divisible by four.
