Firstly,

The non- prime digits : 1 , 4 , 6 ,8 ,9

And, we know 2 is only Even prime number, So

{ 4 , 6 , 8 } can't be at ones place of two digit number .

Thus, { 11 , 19 , 41 , 61 , 89 } is only the two digit number having both their non-prime.
