⚫What are fossil fuels?

▶️Fossil fuels are formed by the remains of dead animals and plants in the ground as they decompose.

▶️The dead bodies of plants and animals go through intense heat and pressure, and then after that fossil fuels are formed.

▶️They are exhaustible and cannot be generated through relatively fast natural cycles .

⚫There are three types of fossil fuels :-

 \mathfrak{Coal} - Coal is a fossil form of carbon which is in the form of sedimentry rocks. It is black in colour and is highly combustible.

 \mathfrak{Oil} - Oil is a vicious liquid which is extracted from petroleum. It is used as a lubricant also.

 \mathfrak{Natural gas} - Natural gas is a naturally occurring gas. It is mainly formed from Methane and by other hydrocarbons. In this small amount of impurities are also present line Carbon dioxide.
