There are most probably 7 types of line segments:
1)Parallel line segment.
2)Vertical line segment
3)Horizontal line segment.
4)Perpendicular line segment
5)Intersection line segment.
6)Oblique line segment.
7)Non-coplanar line segment.
hope this helps u..:)

What Is A Line segment?
➡A line segment is a line with two end points on either sides of its line .
➡ In geometry is represented by a line with two points at each end.
➡ A line and line segment are different from each other because a line can be extended but a line segment cannot be extended .
➡ Lines represent straight objects with width and depth.
➡ Line segment is one-dimensional.
➡ Because it has a measurable length, but has zero width.
➡ We can simply say a part of line that is connected by two points is a line segment .
Different Types Of Lines Are =>
1] Vertical line segment
2] Horizontal line segment
3] Diagonal
4] Curved line segment
5] Zigzag line segment
6] Parallel line
7] Perpendicular line
