HELLO THERE!

Molar mass of ammonium Chloride (NH₄Cl): 14 + 4 + 35.5 = 53.5.

Reaction:

2NH₄Cl + Ca(OH)₂ -------> CaCl₂ + 2H₂O + 2NH₃

(2×22.4)  litres of ammonia gas at STP is given by (2×53.5) grams of ammonium chloride.

So, 89.6 litres of ammonia is produced by:

\frac{2\times53.5}{2\times22.4}\times89.6 g

= 214 grams of ammonium chloride.

THANKS!
