How much bloodworms to put for betta fish?

Q) How much bloodworms to put for betta fish and my tips as a betta fish keeper myself.
It is recommended to feed the betta fish blood worms twice a week. You may ask why only twice a week because blood worms contain a lot of proteins and if we feed betta fish blood worms more than two times a week then it will lead to bloating and this can lead to diseases like swim bladder from where recovering is difficult. I have been feeding my betta fish blood worms twice a week and it is doing well and it is healthy and happy. I have never faced the condition of bloating etc. Other days I feed it normal flake food. Once in a week I feed it pies to clear its intestine. Peas help to clear the digestive system of the fish to ensure that it does not get constipation. Excess feeding of blood worms can also lead to constipation for the betta fish which is very bad. Betta fish are carnivores in nature. They live in small rice paddies in Thailand from where they were genetically changed to make their looks beautiful. Feed your fish regularly to keep it healthy and happy. Betta fish can live upto 10 years if you care it properly. However the average lifespan of a betta fish is 3 to 5 years. My betta fish is currently two years old. Proper diet is the main thing to focus to keep the betta fish healthy and increase its lifespan.
i reccomed you to put 10 to 15 blood worms per day
