What is the cost of constructing a RCC pillar including its footing?

Hai,

Volume of a pillar = 1′ x 1′ x 10′ = 10 cft

Volume of pillar in Cubic meter = 10 x 0.0283168 = 0.283168 m3

M20 mix ratio is 1 (Cement) : 1.5 (sand) : 3 (20 mm Gravel)

calculating as per the mix ratio we get:

Cement required for 1 pillar is 114 kg or 2.28 bags, 912 Rs

(Cost of cement per bag varies from 325 rs to 400 rs, here I’m assuming the maximum)

Sand required for 1 pillar is 4.3 cft, 129 Rs

(Cost of sand in TN is currently at a very high 60 rs per cft , where as in the other states its considerably low as much as 30 rs per cft, here I’m assuming 30 rs)

20 mm Gravel required for 1 pillar is 8.6 cft, 172 Rs

(Cost of 20 mm gravel is 18 to 22 rs per cft. here I’m assuming 20 rs)

Steel cost of 8 mm ring at 6 to 7″ spacing would require 22.5 ft of 8 mm rod which will exactly cost you 138 rs (6.13 rs cost per feet of 8 mm JSW Neo steel in Tamil Nadu)

Steel cost of 16 mm bars would require a total of 49.5 ft (10ft hieght x 4 bars and an addition of 2.36 ft as lap length for each bar) will exactly cost you 1234 Rs (24.9 rs cost per feet of 16 mm JSW Neo steel in Tamil Nadu)

Steel Cost of 12 mm bars would require a total of 24.475 ft (10ft hieght x 2 bars and an addition of 2.36 ft as lap length for each bar) will cost you exactly 345 Rs (14.1 rs cost per feet of 12 mm JSW Neo steel in Tamil Nadu)

You have mentioned the footing a 5 ft deep i am assuming that its measured form the natural ground level & its width is not more that 3.5 feet and that there is a starter column up to the plinth level (assumed as 2 ft from Natural GL), so the from the pedestal to the plinth level there will be starter column of 5 ft height below every column

To calculate for the above starter column just
