Hit Google and find out the normality of concentrated sulphuric acid.
Divide that by the strength that you want. This is a dilution factor.
Divide the volume that you want by the dilution factor, to give you the volume of acid you need to add to that volume of water, to get the concentration that your after.
If you want to work in mass then you will have to adjust the volume of conc. acid to a mass by using the density. Multiply the volume of acid by the density of conc. Sulphuric acid (Google again).
