\textsf{Since we know formula which say}

\huge{\Longrightarrow{\boxed{\bold{R = \frac{V}{i}}}}}

\textsf{\underline{Resistance is 40 Ohm}}

\textsf{\underline{Potential Difference is 220 V}}

\textbf{\huge{Note:}}

\textsf{Unit of current is Ampere (A)}

\huge{\textbf{\underline{Solution}:}}

\textsf{On applying formula we get}

\mathsf{40 = \frac{220}{i}} \\ \\ \mathsf{i = \frac{220}{40}} \\ \\ \mathsf{Current = 5.5\:A}

\texttt{Hence current of 5.5 A is drawn}

\huge{\boxed{\textbf{\underline{ 5.5 Ampere}}}}

\underline{\textsf{Thus, electric hearter will draw 5.5 A}}

Answer:-

\huge\mathfrak{In Attachment}

Kindly,look into attachment ^_^

The electric heater draws 5.5 Amperes of current.

Formula used

V = i/r

By Ohm’s law.

R = Resistance

They gave ,

Resistance is 40 ohm

P.D is 220V
