Since the temperature is kept constant the heat required will be just the latent heat of fusion

Q = mL

Where,

Q - heat required

m - mass of the water = 2g

L - latent heat of fusion of water = 333J/g

Q = mL = 2g*333J/g = 666J

If you want in calories you can use

L = 79.5cal/g

Q = 2*79.5 = 159cal
