Now,

as given,

radius(r) = 3.5cm

Slant height(l) = 12.5 cm

volume of a cone = 1/3hπr2

so, we have to calculate the height(h)

l2= h2+r2

(12.5× 12.5)= h2 + (3.5× 3.5)

h2= 144

h=√144

h= 12

Now, volume of the cone is,

1/3× 12× 22/7×3.5×3.5

=154

Hence, the volume of the cone = 154cm3 = the amount of ice cream that can be put into the cone
