The 21st century is a technology era, and customer demands and business operations changing dramatically. In 21st century companies redefining their strategies on leadership, talent, and diversity, while evaluating their operational effectiveness through human resources management.  Organizations’ are making decisions by relying to human resources and seeking whether it enhances the firm’s competitive advantage by adding real, measurable plans among their competitors. The HR function and its processes now must become a strategic player (Beatty and Schneier, 1997).  21st century HR requires factors like; retention of the employees, multicultural work force, women work force, change in the demand of the government, technology , globalization, and initiating the process of change. The most commonly discussed issue is multicultural work force that means to effectively manage the workforce that come from different backgrounds with respect to regions, cultures, race and gender. In this fast growing business world, every business is trying to expand their activities in different countries. Now such businesses adopt several strategies to compete in the foreign markets through people. With that being said that managing such diverse human resources effectively, business organization adopt and make the policies and practices according to the culture and environment.
