1 hectare = 10000  sq m

1 hectare  cost  = P1,500,000

=> 10000  sq m   cost  = P1,500,000

=> 1  sq m   cost  = P1,500,000/10000

=> 1  sq m   cost  = P1,50

=> 8,500 sq m cost = 8500 * 150   P

= 12,75,000 P

450 meters long and 150 meters wide

Area = 450 x 150  = 67,500  sq m

1  sq m   cost  = P1,50

=> 67,500  sq m cost =  67500 x 150  P

= 1,01,25,000 P
