As per as I know if BTS do a concert in India it would nearly cost 10000 INR and it would be held in Mumbai. And only the people who are probably rich can attend the concert .
Many of y'all would be dreaming of watching them perform in front of you but the front seats costs more.
An if a fansign is held then it would probably be based on lottery and you need to purchase 100 or 800 or maybe more albums and still sometimes you will not get a chance to meet them. it's all about luck
