Answer:

1 g/cm³ = 1000 kg/m³

Explanation:

Question is :

How much of kg/m³  is equivalent to the value of 1 g/cm³

lets take

1 g/cm³

now 1 kg has 1000 g

=> 1 g  = 1/1000 kg

=> 1 g = 10⁻³ kg

1m = 100 cm

=> 1 cm = 1/100 m

=> 1 cm = 10⁻² m

=> 1 cm³ = (10⁻²)³ m³

=> 1 cm³ = 10⁻⁶ m³

1 g/cm³   =  10⁻³ kg / 10⁻⁶ m³

= 10³   kg/m³

= 1000 kg/m³

cm^3 = cubic centimetre

m^3 = cubic metre

m^3 = 1,000,000 cm

1000g = 1kg

So if we convert 1,000,000 cm^3 to 1m^3 we would need to times the 1 gram by 1,000,000 so the equation is still equal.. we just converted it but the value needs to be the same

We know this because:

1,000,000 g

——————— = 1g/cm^3

1,000,000 cm^3

now.. since 1,000,000 cm^3 = m^3 and 1,000,000 g = 1000kg

1000kg

———-

m^3
