The pressure that we feel on our head is the atmospheric pressure. 1atm=10^5Pa. we do not feel this pressure because the blood moving in our blood vessels exerts pressure in an outward direction and the atmosphere puts a pressure in an inward direction. So, the pressure get balanced or cancelled. therefore we do not feel the atmospheric pressure.
