For carrying out soil testing, you should collect an amount of 10 cores to 15 cores of soil in a random pattern of the entire area.
Fill a soil bag to the ‘green’ marked area which approximately measures 1 cup. You may discard the remaining soil.
This calculated amount of soil will be enough to do the required soil testing.
