How much scholarship we get if a person score 265 marks out of 450 in ftre of fiitzee

But your score is 60 % , considering this in mind I  think that you will earn a  nearly heavy scholarship. Maybe at the most 50% . Because in such competitive exam a 50 % score is considered a good score and fetches good output. I sat for one fiitjee scholarship exam ( not FTRE ) and though I don't remember my exact score but I don't think it would be above 70% and got 90 percent scholarship.
