We all can and we used to sing BUT only few can develop a good voice.

I'm not a singer. But I do know something about all these because my elder sister used to do. So, I have a bit of knowledge about that.

♦ Time : It depends upon how much time and how many times you practice singing in a day.

If you practice it more then you can develop it more faster.
As it is said,

“PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT !”

But you can get a bit of results after 5-6 months. The more you practice it, the more it will get better day by day. After some years you will completely fall in love with it and your voice will be more perfect.
